Fundamentals of geometrical optics

Introduction

An optical system is made of a first convergent optical system equivalent to a convergent thin lens L1 with focal distance , and a diameter of 40 mm and a second optical system equivalent to a divergent thin lens L2 with focal distance and a diameter of 30 mm. Lenses L1 et L2 are distant by 20 mm.
